“Sustainability is a big issue with many of our clients. The electronics industry in general has a lot of people that talk the talk but do not walk the walk. When companies are not ready we can council them. “The whole concept is sustainable: we retrofit existing objects. We work with big global companies and with every partner sustainability is an issue. We need to be compliant for them. “We make bigger soldering systems for reworking; if one component is damaged, we have the system to take this one out and replace and resolder a component. We are the market leader in rework. All our manufacturing and offices is in Germany so we are preparing for the new rules. We also have plans to be completely CO2 neutral in five years.”Finally, meeting offline!
