To the many PC users who would like to interface their computers
with the real world we present an analogue-to-digital and
digital-to-analogue converter. The low-cost, versatile, unit with
accompanying control software is unconventional in that it is
connected to the PC's Centronics port, which is normally used for a
parallel printer.
