Prices of digital
multimeters have come
down to a level where they
are aftordable by almost
any hobbyist. Although
most multimeters often a
fair number of
measurement ranges,
including, on some of the
latest models, frequency
and capacitance, they are
not really suited to
measuring very small
resistance values, say, in
the milli-ohm range. The
adaptor described here
overcomes this problem.
