Personal Mini Webserver (2)
the first steps
There are so many different configurations of the SC12 that we only have space here to cover the basic installation and operation of the Personal Mini Webserver.During programming and remote operation of the Personal Mini Webserver, it is always helpful to have the Internet site http://www.bcl-online.de/documentation/api/index.htmon hand (Figure 1). This contains a complete, up-to-date index of the software documentation for the SC12 chip. For more in-depth information on any of the procedures described below, this documentation can always be consulted. Before the Personal Mini Webserver can be programmed for its final application, a few questions need to be answered:- Is the circuit completely functional?- How will the basic settings be made?- How will files be transferred to the Personal Mini Webserver?- How will the Personal Mini Webserver be provided with a network address?

Gerber file
CAM/CAD data for the PCB referred to in this article is available as a Gerber file. Elektor GREEN and GOLD members can exclusively download these files for free as part of their membership. Gerber files allow a PCB to be produced on an appropriate device available locally, or through an online PCB manufacturing service.
Elektor recommends the Elektor PCB Service service from its business partner Eurocircuits or AISLER as the best services for its own prototypes and volume production.
The use of our Gerber files is provided under a modified Creative Commons license. Creative Commons offers authors, scientists, educators and other creatives the freedom to handle their copyright in a more free way without losing their ownership.
