Testing power semiconductors is not always easy. Multimeters do not provide enough voltage or current to do a proper test. Testing with power supplies and resistors is fiddly. The simple tester presented here will do basic Go/No-Go tests on power transistors, MOSFETs, SCRs, TRIACs, and diodes.
