Unifying Access Control Systems by Breaking Down Silos

In our interview with Alfredo Neumann from Elatec, we discussed how they simplify the complex world of access control. Then, there are the employee lockers, electric vehicle charging systems, and machine authentication. With so many systems to manage, Elatec helps to break down siloed access control, supporting RFID, NFC (near-field communication), and even BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). Of course, smartphones are now supported, too, allowing credentials to be carried around on these ubiquitous devices.
