Display, buttons, real-time clock, buzzer and sixteen GPIOs
We have already seen how to make a user interface for an Elektor Linux board application using modern web technologies. However, it may happen that we want to be able to control the board but do not have handy access to a PC and browser. In such situations a display and a couple of buttons can be more than adequate for showing and adjusting the most important parameters of the system, and this article provides the means to do do!
