Controlling hardware using a UART or SPI interface
In the previous edition we described our modular ‘Embedded Firmware Library’ (EFL), written in the C programming language. This helps beginners and old hands alike to develop code for an embedded project that is independent of the underlying hardware and which can therefore easily be ported from board to board and from microcontroller to microcontroller.
