Here's a cool idea, public or private bike racks with integrated solar panels on top allowing you to charge electrical bicycles.

Sanyo thought so too and placed two of these at one of their firms in Tokyo. It would be great to see more companies stimulate their employees to use bicycles. Especially when they are based in urban area's.
