In the previous installment of this series we limited ourselves to running our DIY CPU in simulation. In this part we will return to the MAX1000 board. We will connect this small development board to a PC using a couple of serial interfaces, which will allow us to upload programs and monitor serial input and output. We will also read data from the acceleration sensor that is included on the board.
