Where the Junior Computer Is Brought to Life Again
In 1980 a shock went through the electronics world – in May of that year Elektor revealed the Junior Computer [1], and with that entered into what was unfamiliar terrain for many electronics hobbyists. The computer era had only just begun, and for many such a ‘thing’ was scary and expensive. And what could you actually do with it? The Junior Computer brought change to that – not only was it relatively affordable (about 115 pounds then), but you could (must) put it together yourself as well.
