When you shoot down a space invader, then an explosion or whatever is heard. It certainly adds to the overall enjoyment of the game. With the following circuit the Elektor T.V. games computer can now give you the extra audio effects needed to add that further touch of realism to a game. The left-hand side of the circuit shows all the connections to be made to the main printed circuit board of the games computer. After the flip-flops contained in IC1 come the data-lines D2 ... D7. Data is switched from the input to the output on every negative going edge of the clock pulse. ICI is enable when input B is addressed by line 1 E80.
