Boardmaker (review)

New to the European market, but firmly established in the United Kingdom are the range of integrated software packages for PCB and schematic drawing that are produced by Tsien in the English countryside close to the universiry town of Cambridge. There are three packages in the range from the introductory version Board-Maker-1 , which is for the occasional use professional and amateur markets, up to Board-Router, which is a full autorouteing design package to rival many costing ten times as rnuch. Since the more comprehensive packages are based on the facilities of Board-Maker-1, it is proposed to starr at this point and work up noting the siginificant differences in the range.
