HI, I had purchased this magazine at that time, is there any possibility to get the PCB gerber files....

Hello,

No, sorry, this is not possible as the files are no longer available. By the way, even if they were, they wouldn't be accepted by most PCB manufacturers as the file format used in 1995 is obsolete now. If you want to have the PCB manufactured, you'd need to use the PDF layout as a guide and redraw using current PCB software (the Image Converter in KiCad, or the dedicated image import tool in SprintLayout, could help you do that, among others). Good luck! Beware that some components in the BOM are obsolete. Make sure you have NOS (New Old Stock) from reputable sellers for them, as not all sellers can be trusted. Good luck!
