Many of today's electronic
test instruments
feature an RS232 interface
for data exchange
with a PC.
Such an interface

statistic processing
and presenting
of sampled data

with the aid of a PC.

here adds an RS232
interface to older test
equipment based on
the familiar ICL7106
ADC and LCD driver.
