Auto mains switch

It is a frequent requirement in computer and audio systems that several units are switched on or off simultaneously. The simplest way of arranging this is to switch the various units via an extension socket. This may, however, cause such a large current that tbe mains fuse blows or that other equiprnent is affected by the current peak.
