As we have seen in Part 2, the SPICE primitives, such as resistors, capacitors and voltage sources, are defined in a netlist by an appropriate code letter (R, C, V) followed by identifying numbers or letters, then by node connections and value. The exact syntax depends on the element and is more complicated for voltage sources and simikar elements.
