The small workshop part 2: test equipment

The article 'the small shop' in our January 1997 issue was limited to basic requirements and tools for the small workshop. It also gave brief details of the test equipment requirements. In this second part of the article, we take a closer look at the most frequently required test equipment and instruments. Such instruments can be added to the small workshop step by step. Every step requires some sort of outlay, of course, but as you will see, you don't have to be well-off to consider at least some of the instruments.
