Thermostat I

The MAX6501–MAX6504 integrated circuits contain a thermostat with fixed temperature thresholds. Available are thresholds of –15 °C, +5 °C, +45 °C, +55 °C, +65 °C, +75 °C, +85 °C, and +95 °C. The MAX6501 and MAX6502 are for use over the temperature range +35 °C to +115 °C, while the MAX6503 and MAX6504 can be programmed from –45 °C to +15 °C.
