This circuit performs a managerial role for a three-cell Lithium-Polymer (‘LiPo’) rechargeable power pack used in a model aircraft. It monitors the voltage of each cell during discharge and cuts power to the motor when any cell dips below a voltage threshold. The R/C receiver is also powered from this battery via a Battery Elimination Circuit (BEC) but it remains operational so that the pilot remains in control and can safely glide the aircraft in to land. LEDs indicate which of the three cells caused the power to be cut.
