Audio DSP Course (3)
In this instalment we present the DSP board. It is the platform for the applications that will be described in later instalments of this series, and it is also intended to enable you to develop your own initial digital audio signal processing applications, which we hope will be followed by many more. The DSP board can be used stand-alone as is, and even though it is an ideal learning platform, with its 24-bit signal processing capability for sampling rates up to 192 kHz and its high-performance interfaces, it is also suitable for applications with very stringent quality requirements for both signal to noise ratio and DSP computing power.
