* D54–D62 : SFH421-Z are now obsolete. Manufacturer suggests to replace with SFH 4253-Z
* D64 : You can use BAT54FILMY from ST or BAT54-7-F from Diodes Inc.
* D73 ?
* D1-D50 : PLCC2 bicolor LEDs have become very ard to find. I suggest to use RGB chips. You could use Wurth 150141M173100 or CREE CLV1A-FKB-CHMKPEHBB7A363. Blue and red chips will be correctly connected with great luminous intensity. That should be beautiful!
Have a good time building it!
