ChipCap2 humidity/temperature sensor
Sure thing, the brilliant ChipCap2 humidity/temperature sensors from Amphenol Advanced Sensors can be soldered by hand, but their footprint doesn’t match any breadboard this side of Pluto. A small PCB with a standard .1” pitch pinheader connecting all sensor pins to the outside world is sure to make (breadboard) prototyping a lot easier.
