Molex are now partnered with Cisco for LED lighting, a move that will help reduce energy costs even further than can be achieved with systems based on LED technology alone. With Cisco and luminaire manufacturer partners, Molex is creating the so-called Transcend Con-nected Lighting System to accelerate deployment of smart LED lighting con- trol using secure network architectures in commercial buildings, educational facili- ties, healthcare facilities, manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
