R2, R3 = 1 MΩ

R5 = 0 Ω or wire link (47 kΩ)

Capacitors:
C1 = 0.022 µF, 250 VAC, X1/X2 (optional, see text)
C2 = 0.15 µF, 250 VAC, X1/X2, for 12 V relay with 360 Ω coil
C2 = 0.068 µF, 250 VAC, X1/X2, for 24 V relay with 1440 Ω coil
