At the beginning of 2023, I wanted to find out if ChatGPT could be used as a tool in electronic design. I interacted with version "Feb 13," built on the GPT-3 architecture. Although deeply impressed by its language skills, its engineering talents did not convince me. Since then, GPT-3 has become GPT-4o. Does it do any better? Time to find out.
