Several years ago, during the development of a project I needed to position a small Bluetooth module with great precision on the printed circuit board before being able to reflow-solder it in the oven. The module in question has three locating holes with a diameter of 1.6◦mm, so with the aid of three small screws of the same diameter as the holes I was able to position the module with great precision.
