The Inter-Integrated Circuit bus — or I²C bus — is frequently used for communication between integrated circuits. It is often useful to know what data is being sent about this bus. The circuit described here reads the I²C data and sends it via the USB to a PC that then hexadecimal form on the screen displays. Optionally, the data can be filtered to select data with specific addresses.
