The Czech division of Rittal were again one of the companies to take an award for its The Blue e + cooling unit of 1.6kW. Designed for cooling industrial electrical switchboards, the cooling unit is equipped with hybrid cooling technology which significantly increases energy efficiency. Rittal emphasised on the easy control via touch screen with text labels in local language, fast data analysis via Ridiag via USB interface, for its worldwide use. It also includes non-contact information exchange and subsequent quick on-site analysis through the NFC interface.

Finally ZEZ SILKO, took an award away for exhibiting its Wi-beee consumption analysis solutions.The Wi-beee, a device that can monitor electrical network parameters at site and can collect data to essentially achieve efficient power management. With simple installation, the placement is secured by ‘snapping’ the circuit breaker protector with the patented DINZERO system. Following its installation the device begins to measure electrical parameters and send data from these measurements through the wireless connection.

Besides Zlatý Amper Awards there were also five winners of the Honourable Mention awards, which included B+R automatizace, for its ACOPOStrak, JABLOTRON ALARMS for its camera CLOUD and video verification IP cameras, ORBIT MERRET for its OMT 1010, Tele & Radio Research Institute for its current transducer with digital transmission of measurement data and finally VŠB - Technická univerzita Ostrava, Centrum ENET for its adaptive protection for off-grid systems.

The 26th AMPER trade fair proved its status of being one of the most important events in the field of electrical engineering in the region of Central Europe with its 43,300 visitors over the four days who saw 590 exhibitors from across 29 countries this year.
