The PE42422 is a HaRP-enhanced SPDT RF switch designed to cover a broad range of applications from 5 MHz to 6 GHz. This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control interface requiring no external components. Typical insertion loss figures range from 0.23 dB at 100 MHz to 0.9 dB at 9 GHz. Peregrines HaRP technology ensures high linearity and excellent harmonics performance. The chip has high ESD tolerance of 4 kV Human Body Model on the RF pins to ground and 1 kV on all other pins.
Key features of the PE42422:
Function: SPDT RF switch
Impedance: 50Ω or 75Ω
Min Frequency: 5 MHz
Max Frequency: 6 GHz
Min IL: 0.25 dB
Max IL: 0.9 dB
Min Iso: 17.0 dB
Max Iso: 44 dB
P1/0.1 dB: 34.0 dBm
IIP3: 70 dBm
The PE42422 is supplied in a 12-lead 2 x 2 mm QFN package. Peregrine also have an evaluation PCB for the PE42422 fitted with SMA connectors for signal hook up.
