What is Flowcode:
Flowcode allows you to quickly and easily develop complex electronic and electromechanical systems. The graphical programming tool allows those with little experience to develop systems in minutes.
Flowcode is an advanced integrated development environment (IDE) for electronic and electromechanical system development. Engineers—both professional and academic use Flowcode to develop systems for control and measurement based on microcontrollers or on rugged industrial interfaces using Windows compatible personal computers.
Flowcode is perfect for those programming PIC devices including Microchip's 8bit, 16bit and 32 bit range of microcontrollers. It's also an easy and effective solution for programming Atmel AVR, Arduino and ARM based devices.
Features of Flowcode 7
Standard Flowcode licences are excellent for learning programming principles for users who wish to develop applications at home. A standard licence does not give the user commercial rights and gives limited features; commercial rights and a full features set can only be achieved by purchasing a professional Flowcode licence, available from Elektor.
Professional Flowcode licences give users a feature rich version of Flowcode 7 (including all communications, DSP and mechatronic capabilities) and is required if the user wishes to use the Flowcode code in commercial products or is working in a commercial environment.
Academic Flowcode licences A reduced cost Academic version of Flowcode is available and it provides the same functionality as the Professional version. Academic multi-user versions (10 user, 50 user) are also available. These are for sale only to educational schools, colleges and universities.
Add-on licences Flowcode licences come with support for one specific chip variant as standard (8 bit PIC, 16 bit PIC, 32 bit PIC, AVR/Arduino and ARM). You can add further chip packs to your licence for as little as € 127.50.
