FYI

Due to limitations in the form module it is not possible to have dynamic forms with conditional fields etc. that appear and disappear depending on other field's values. This is why some fields have apparently useless choices or options and why almost everything has to be filled in everytime even if there may be no clear use for it. Thank you for your understanding.
